a moonshot is when one person with 1667 Light Fighters sends it at another player who can crush the Lfs

well you don't necessarily have to send them to someone. i mean if you did that, then you're wasting your own fighters for THEIR moon. so usually a player jst builds 1667 LFs on a planet and then another player sends his fleet to crush them there. 1667, because that is the exact number of fighters you need to score 20% chance of a moon appearing.
since that's only 1/5 it might take a while until you actually get a moon.
After having shot the fleet, whether the moon appeared or not, the player who shredded ur fleet in general gets the debris field as treat.
